commissions terms of service

Upon joining my server as well as purchasing my art, you've agreed to the following Terms of Service:

⪢ Refunds are prohibited after a piece has been purchased. Customers are not allowed to request a refund under any circumstance(s) or will immediately be added to The Machine blacklist. If a user puts in a form for a commission and does not have funds upon being requested payment by artist, the same form of punishment applies.⪢ Customers are prohibited from reselling commissions. If the piece does not include an original character, customers can not post resell advertisements for the said piece. If customer is able to show proof that the commission contains an original character, resells are allowed. Customers are prohibited from selling a piece individually as it does not demonstrate the truth of the artwork carrying an original character.⪢ If you are filling out a form for another user be sure to clarify who it is for by typing their information in the text & watermark section of a form. Customers are prohibited from ordering a commission for any users who are listed under the blacklist section in my server.⪢ I currently do not draw male figures or furries. when filling out a form, all characters in the piece must be either be a female, femboy, or a fully clothed male.⪢ Customers are prohibited from ordering pieces that display racism, misogyny, pedophilia, antisemitism, body shaming, hate speech, hatred towards the LGBT community, or hate toward another user. If a customer requests a piece containing any of the following vulgar themes; they will be immediately blacklisted.⪢ Users are prohibited from using art that they did not purchase on discord or any other third party apps. If a user is caught using art that does not belong to them, The Machine members are to report said incident to the artist so that further action(s) can be taken. Users will immediately be added to the blacklist if they are caught tracing, copying or heavily referencing any artwork sold in or outside of The Machine by me. Further action(s) will be taken if a user is continuously using artwork that they did not purchase.⪢ Textless versions of commissions will not be granted to customers to protect both the artist and customer from theft. Upon ordering a commission, all customers are required to provide both text(s) and watermark(s) to be placed onto the finished piece.⪢ Listed prices are the base price on the website. Users must acknowledge that the price may increase depending on additional details, additional animations and the complexity of the commission⪢ Please wait patiently for your commission to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most (3) months max to complete the commission just in case something arises. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile! I normally provide updates at the rough sketch, flat colors, and final check phases.⪢ I do not create free artwork for anyone unless a giveaway has been previously ran with the prize being a free piece. Do not attempt to use wheedling or begging as a method for free artwork. If you're constantly endeavoring to receive art without charge, you will be ejected from the server.⪢ I own all rights to the work that I create for customers. Putting my work into any AI engine is prohibited. I own the right to post all pieces on my social media unless requested otherwise. I am allowed to include the artwork in my portfolio. I am also permitted to record and share the drawing process for each art piece.By commissioning me, this means you have properly read, understand, and AGREE to the terms listed above.

premade terms of service

Upon requesting a refund, users will be removed from The Machine and placed on the blacklist. If a users posts a form for a premade or preclaim but does not have the funds upon request of payment, they will be terminated.⪢ Customers are prohibited from selling or requesting co owns for any blacklisted users. If a user attempts to post a form for any blacklisted user(s), they will be terminated and added to blacklist.⪢ Do not resell art at a higher price than you bought it for. Users caught committing this very shady act will immediately be terminated and placed on The Machine blacklist without questioning.⪢ Users must also note that retext fees for resells are $5. User or buyer of the resell must send the fee along with proof of payment before receiving the artwork.⪢ Holds on premades and preclaims are allowed for up to 48 hours. Users may request a longer hold time and I will determine if the hold is acceptable. Extended hold times are dependent upon a user's purchase history in The Machine. Failure to send payment after hold time has expired will result in a warning followed by difficulty to request holds in the future. If a user has repeatedly failed to provide payment after expired hold time, they will be removed from the server as a result.⪢ Wait patiently for your premade to be finished. Rush orders with a specific deadline will incur additional fees. Please give me at most 1 month max to complete the premade just in case something arises. I will be working on other commissions and premades which causes the wait time to be extended for customer. I value quality and detail and thus put many hours into my drawings, so please be patient. You are welcome to ask for updates if there hasn't been one in awhile.⪢ Paypal is the default payment method for premades and preclaims. Other digital wallet and payment sharing apps must be discussed with me.

auction terms of service

⪢ The default payment method for Auctions is Paypal. I am open to using other payment sharing applications; but users must discuss this with me before placing bids.⪢ If you are bidding on behalf of someone else, message me regarding this matter before placing a bid. Members may also mention who they are bidding for when filling out bidding forms during auctions.⪢ When placing a bid, you are required to reply to the bidder who placed a bid previous to yours. If you do not reply to the previous bidder, your bid will not be counted for.⪢ Members may not start conversations in auction channels. If you have a question, comment, or concern regarding the auction; leave it in either the chatter channel or message me directly. If you are bidding and happen to strike up a conversation in any auction channels, your bid(s) will be removed and not counted for.⪢ Be respectful to all bidders. No name calling, arguing, or drama regarding auctions.⪢ If you feel another user is using unfair methods in order to win an auction, message me directly. Do not leave your concern(s) in any public channels to avoid arguments.⪢ Payments are to be sent 24 hours after winning an auction. Backing out, ghosting, or failure to send a payment will result in termination from the server and you will be added to the blacklist.⪢ Payment plans are allowed if a bid exceeds $150. Message mein advance regarding your payment method.⪢ No refunds or holds. If you do not have the funds, do not enter the auction.⪢ Didn't win the last auction? You'll always get more opportunities in the future!!

point system terms of service

As members resume purchasing art from The Machine, they are granted opportunities to receive various rewards & discounts through a new program called The Point System.Upon being assigned a @Point Carriers role, users agree to the following Terms of Services.⪢ Point Carriers understand that if they are to be kicked, banned, or blacklisted from The Machine, their points are removed from their account and kicked members are prohibited from attempting to use or distribute them. A giveaway will be used to determined what Point Carrier will receive your points.⪢ Do not attempt to trade an insufficient amount of points in for rewards or discounts. Member point statistics are up to date and display the amount of points available for users to trade in.⪢ Point Carriers are prohibited from attempting to distribute their points to other users. If Point Carriers are no longer interested in purchasing art from The Machine, inform me and a giveaway will be used to determined what Point Carrier will receive your points.⪢ Users may not purchase rewards and discounts for users that are not a member of The Machine or Point Carriers. Upon filling out a form in the trading pub, be sure to only gift discounts and rewards to other Point Carriers.⪢ If you are inactive for 10 months, your points will be removed and you will have the Point Carriers role removed from your account. Inactive users lose the ability to participate in future giveaways. They also lose the right to use points that were removed from their account to purchase discounts and/or rewards.

preclaims

Previews of upcoming premades are posted in my server occasionally. Members are allowed to claim the piece before it is completed. Members may make any changes that they want to the piece. Below are the base prices. The total price is dependent upon the changes customers want to make.

premades

A premade is an art piece that has already been drawn, flat colored, detailed and animated. Users are allowed to make any changed that they want to a premade. The base price only reflect what the piece would have been before any changes were made. Below, you will find a chart listing all changes available for premades along with the price that come with them. Please read carefully before posting a form requesting various changes.

modifications

All additional animations are $5. Members may also remove any animations that they do not want for free.
